电商客服主管岗位职责

职责描述:

1、负责电商客服的日常管理,通过对客服人员的合理调配,完成客服部在天猫、京东等各大平台网店的服务指标;

2、管理、培训、监督、评估客服人员的各项日常工作以及售前、售中、售后各环节的服务质量。建立质量指标体系;

3、收集客户信息,妥善处理客户的不满和意见,进行客户需求分析,向运营及相关部门提出合理化建议;

4、根据运营部门业务要求,配合营销活动的执行和实施;

5、上级安排的其他临时性工作

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历;至少2年以上电商客服团队管理经验

2、熟悉淘宝天猫、京东、唯品会等各大购物平台的后台运作;

3、熟练运用WORLD/EXCEL/PPT等软件,有较强的文档编辑及数据处理、分析和总结能力

4、具有良好的服务意识和处理客户投诉意见的能力;

5、具有较强的责任心和执行力,富有工作热情和团队意识。
