1. 参与公司战略策划，制定战略指标，完成全年商品开发，采购，销售规划，每月落实销售进度，调整商品销售方案，以目标为导向，完成目标结果。

2. 每季商品企划，根据年度目标，制定企划方案，选样，下单，制定价格，上新计划。销售过程中做快速补充款需求。

3. 各渠道商品销售方案制定，以公司销售，利润为导向，提升销售同时，把控各渠道的销售毛利，根据渠道特点，调整商品上架品类。

4. 根据销售需求，合理控制库存，每周进行补单工作，生产工作协调，入库进度跟进。

5. 季中，季末，以售罄率，库存率两个指标为导向，根据库存情况，进行下沉渠道调整，减少库存压。

6. 时刻关注国际，国内市场，流行元素，热门话题，竟品销售价格，内格等动向，运用到快速补充款。

7. 产品从开发，生产，拍摄，质检，入仓，销售。进度协调，以达到链接高效产出，对各部门商品工作进行优化。
