职责描述：
1、 拟定和执行企业信息化战略：包括项目规划，定义项目生命周期，制定项目预算和推进计划等；
2、需求收集、处理与优化：负责收集并汇总分析各中心业务需求，跟踪各中心的项目使用情况，了解新的功能需求，并对现有的功能进行调整、维护和优化；
3、ERP等信息平台的开发及实施：依据公司业务流程和管理目标制定开发方案，进行项目选型操作与管理，并负责项目使用推广培训；
4、企业内外部信息资源的开发与整合：根据各中心需求和公司信息化建设的规划进行整合，提出可行性方案，并跟进方案落实推进；负责企业内外部信息资源开发利用；
5、项目管理：跟踪项目进度并提交阶段性成果，识别项目中存在的风险，评估、分类及排除风险，把控项目质量；
6、建立信息化评价体系：根据公司信息化战略和企业实情，建立公司信息化评价体系和执行标准、制定全员信息化培训计划。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业；有PHP语言应用经验，可以撰写代码！
2、5年以上中大型互联网或电子商务企业IT管理工作经验，具备快消企业信息化建设规划、项目管理、资源选型管理、资源整合等能力；
3、具备较好的团队管理能力、关系协调能力、项目推广培训能力，具备较好的服务意识；
