岗位职责：
1．负责本部门工作标准、系统的制定、完善和本部门与相关各部门顺畅工作流程与和谐工作关系的建立。
2．负责按照公司时间目标，合理计划、安排和跟踪部门的工作进度。
3. 负责公司各类生产策略的制定
4. 负责每年公司生产目标和生产计划的制定
5. 负责定期为设计体系设计工作做好准备工作
6. 指挥所属各部门配合设计体系进行打版、制样、改版、扩色工作
7. 监控生产体系的生产质量和交货期
8. 做好外部资源的整合工作，不断开发各类工厂，以满足设计和市场需求；对现有全部外加工厂进行定期评估
9. 监控质量控制工作
10. 负责采购组面辅料采购进度和质量，保证生产的供应
11.完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，服装工程、服装企业管理相关专业；
2、英语具备口语沟通能力（必备语言能力）；
3、12年以上工作经历，8年以上本行业或相近行业生产管理经验。
