1. 网点关系的建立与维护：协助渠道经理建立与网点的业务合作关系，维护与银行SM\BM\网点保险销售人员的业务关系
2. IC业务模式的推动：协助渠道经理完善IC业务推动体系（销售工具设计及开发、业务数据分析、业务推动方案设计追踪、产品及销售培训等工作）
3. IC模式销售支持：协助渠道经理支持银行销售人员面谈客户，销售保障类保险产品
4. 业务推动和执行：执行渠道业务策略和计划，推动业务开展并达成IC模式业务目标

1. 本科以上学历
2. 1-2年以上销售经验或个人寿险销售经验
3. 良好的沟通能力和协调能力
4. 良好的培训及销售辅导能力，有培训、组训工作经历者优先
5. 较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力
6. 熟练使用Office软件
