Purpose of Job
As one of the core posts in Plant ENG team, this post is targeted to manage filling/packing process parameters, lead filling/packing line trail and validation both for HZ pant and OEM plant(s), using professional knowledge of IE to promote production efficiency and process optimization, which serves as a joint interface for QA, ProD, PQE, Purchasing and TS teams, mainly for HZ Plant and partially for Dallas team(s).

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in delivering and continuously improving industrial safety: following all MKC safety regulations/ instructions as the unconditioned, most prioritized target in every operation not limited in below defined working scope(s); seeking for all opportunities to improve existing process and/ or process equipment related safety compliance; complying with all MKC encouraged safety behaviors not limited in site activities.
2. Take charge of filling/packing line trial: align Planning, ProD & QA teams to deliver line trial in accordance with new product launch schedule, make sure all known potential risks that would impact mass production can be identified during this process, through a well-organized, systematical approach.

3. Filling/packing process parameter consolidation: take in charge of Finish Goods SPEC consolidation by collaboration with PQE/QA ; collecting, monitoring and updating all process equipments' processing data plus performance data against all bulks, packing materials and/or assembly line organization variations. Make sure related info circulation and historical file archiving are fully compliance with SOP.

4. Lead filling/packing process optimization: Using DMAIC, SPC, Lean application tools to deliver dynamic process mapping in quality/ efficiency/ cost dimensions, seeking all opportunities to improve filling/packing process, support feasibility study for existing equipment modification and/or new process facility introduction.

5. Participate in filling/packing equipment validation: using professional knowledge and working experience to facilitate equipment/process validation, deliver a dedicated role in planning and organizing OQ & PQ during new filling/ packing facility staging-in.

6. Other temporary assigned task: deliver add-on rash task with equivalent efficiency & quality; prioritize executions dynamically in a multitasks environment with good balance between strategic goal and immediate actions.

Requirements:
? The minimum request:
? Relevant experience demand: Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, packaging engineering
? Relevant knowledge demand:
1. 2~3 year process engineering/ ProD management experience on JV
2.Applicable knowledge towards packaging materials and a understanding to cosmetics ingredients is a plus
3.Good understanding for bulk making/ filling/ packing process and related main stream equipment
4.Practicable experience towards IE, SPA ,DMAIC, Lean and ISO9001 system
Industrial safety knowledge and application skill
5.A preliminary understanding towards supply chain's major functions
6.Good command of working English
7.Skilled user for all job-aid engineering software
