Purpose of Job
This is one of the core technical management posts in the plant's ENG team, which is targeted to deliver effective preventative maintenance system based on reasonable analysis, PM plan and execution, also participate in key process equipment project management. This post servers as a joint interface with ProD, TS, Finance, Purchasing and Utility teams, mainly within HZ Plant and partially with Dallas teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participate in delivering and continuously improving industrial safety: following all MKC industrial safety regulations/ instructions as the unconditioned, most prioritized target in every operation not limited in below defined working scope(s);

2. Make annual production equipment PM plan based on actual practice analysis of last year, organize/push/ all site PM activity, monitor and following PM result of each PM activity.

3. Establish and improve PM system align to TPM standard, support and train the technician and operators to improve skills and culture

4, Manage all the third party service to align PM strategy including technique evaluation /contract /service tracking and payment following.

5. Spare parts storage management to support planed PM activity

6. Be responsible for some key process equipment project including feasibility study, technique evaluation and suppler selection.

7. Conduct and write the PM SOP for core process equipment to direct PM activity in right way and high efficiency. Analyze the daily maintenance recorders and result timely

8. Other temporary assigned task: deliver add-on rash task with equivalent efficiency & quality; prioritize executions dynamically in a multitasks environment with good balance between strategic goal and immediate actions.


Requirements:

The minimum request: Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or designing
Relevant experience demand: 5+ year maintenance or project management experience in JV
Relevant knowledge demand:
1. Solid professional knowledge and know-how towards daily chemicals process equipment covering making, filling to end-of-line packing
2. Industrial safety knowledge and application skill
3. Familiar with all local legal requirements towards engineering service/ activity
4. Hands-on experience towards TPM, IE, GMP and ISO9001 system
5. A basic understanding towards supply chain's all major functions
6. Good command of working English
7. Skilled user for all job-aid engineering software
8. Well-trained SOP writer
