Finance & Accounting Manager
The Walton HK Group is a Hong Kong based global operating trading company under German management.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager, based in our Hangzhou office. As a Finance & Accounting Manager you are responsible for the Groups complete finacial matters,reporting directly to our Managing Director.
Key responsibilities:
1.Manage the Groups complete Accounting and Controlling.
2.Maintain and manage an efficient Accounting function.
3.Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate requirements.
4.Financial reporting & budgeting to Managing Director and Groups management.
5.Regular preparation of cash flow report,profit analysis and other reports.
6.Develop and implement appropriate internal policies & procedures to enhance internal control.


Key requirements:
1.Qualified Accoutant with degree in Finance or Accounting.
2.Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a foreign managed Trading company and reporting to a foreign Management.
3.Strong finacial analysis skills, experience in business planning,budgeting,forecasting,etc.
4.Solid knowledge and understanding of procedures in a trading company.
5.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
6.Hands-on personality,"Getting things done"
7.Chinese native speaker with excellent English language ability in both writing and oral.
8.Strong analytical mind with good business acumen, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.

职位描述：
管理和支配公司全部财务事项
维护和管理整个公司的财务有效运作
确保遵守法律和公司要求
向总裁汇报财务预算和报告
制定发展并完善正确的内部政策和程序，增强内部控制



要求：
财务或会计学位
至少三年在外国人经营的贸易公司工作经验，并有向相关组织部门汇报工作的经历
较强的财务分析能力，有商业规划，预算经验
扎实的专业知识和对贸易公司贸易流程的全面了解
熟练地电脑操作常识，尤其是EXCEL操作
主动着手完成该做的事
要求中国人，优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
有商业头脑并善于分析，能自我激励，独立性强，能承受工作压力
