Industrial Engineer

Hangzhou CLIQ Fashion is a manufacturer of high quality textiles under German management. For us, high-tech machinery and an innovative production set-up only goes together with highly qualified staff.
We are looking for an ambitious & experienced Industrial Engineer, based in our production plant in Linping, Hangzhou.

Key responsibilities:
· Quickly analyze garments & prepare estimated time studies which can be used as targets for operators
· Make actual time studies of all operations in the factory
· Make a garment breakdown at least one week prior to style entering production
· Work with & input all data into the ERP-system
· Make follow up at each position to make sure that balancing is correct
· Make improvements to workstations through "workplace engineering"? Constantly check that no extra jobs are carried out in production line
Key requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years related work experience preferably in a foreign managed textile factory
· Experience with German REFA-system
· Skilled computer user
· Chinese native speaker with good English language ability in both writing and oral
· Good business acumen, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

我们正在寻找一个年轻的有雄心，有经验的工程师，到我们杭州临平的新工厂工作。

主要职责：
· 快速分析服装及准备工作的工时，作为操作工的目标工时
· 研究考察每一个操作环节所需要的时间
· 至少在投入生产前一个星期分解/分析透彻该款衣服
· 将所有的数据输入公司的ERP系统并按其工作
· 跟踪每一个岗位，确保平衡
· 通过“车间工程”提高工作岗位效率
· 确保没有额外的工作产生
职位要求：
· 至少有5年相关工作经验，有外资服装工厂工作经验者优先
· 有德国REFA系统工作经验
· 熟练电脑操作
· 中文母语，有较好的英文说写能力
· 有较强的商业头脑，自我激励性，独立性以及抗压能力
