We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Production Manager, based in our production plant in Linping, Hangzhou.

我们正为我们杭州临平的生产车间寻找一位有野心有经验的生产经理。

Key responsibilities:

主要职责：

· Understand and implement all instructions given by Top Mgmt.

· 清楚并实施所有上级领导的指示

· Fully represent & communicate the company’s goals and policies

· 全权代表&传达公司的目标与政策

· Supervise and motivate the complete production staff

· 监督并激励生产车间的所有工作人员

· Regularly review the performance of subordinates

· 定期检查下属的绩效

· Production staff recruitment and training according to given instructions

· 根据指示招聘并培训生产车间人员

· Planning, coordination and control of manufacturing process

· 计划、协调并控制整个生产过程

· Ensure that the correct quantity is produced at the right cost

· 确保精准的生产数量与合理的成本消耗

· Responsible for the complete production quality & output

· 负责整个生产过程的质量与输出

· Must keep the production schedule and make sure on-time deliveries

· 制定生产计划，确保准时交货

Key requirements:

职位要求：

· At least 8 years working experience as a Production Manager in Textile Industry

· 在服装工厂至少当过8年的生产经理

· Experience with high-quality textiles (at least blouses & dresses) is a must

· 必须有高品质服装（至少衬衫&裙子）的相关工作经验

· Strong organizational talent, leadership skills

· 较强的组织能力与领导能力

· Able to motivate production staff to bring performance, making the impossible possible

· 能激励车间人员作出成绩，使不可能成为可能

· Chinese native speaker, with good English skills preferred

· 中文母语，英文良好者优先
