Cutting Dept. Manager

Hangzhou CLIQ Fashion is a manufacturer of high quality textiles under German management. For us, high-tech machinery and an innovative production set-up only goes together with highly qualified staff.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Cutting Dept. Manager, based in our production plant in Linping, Hangzhou.
Key responsibilities:
· Operate GERBER CAD Cutter
· Must make sure that fabric quality and quantity is checked prior to cutting
· Make sure that the cutter has accurately cut on the lines of the patterns
· Must build up a minimum of 2 days’ cut work before the sewing lines
· Must strictly follow order plan to ensure that the sewing lines always have work
· Make sure that the pattern consumption is best optimized
· Responsible for barcode creation in ERP system and barcode printing
· Delegate responsibilities to cutting room staff
· Responsible for daily performance control
Key requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years related work experience preferably in a foreign managed textile factory
· Experience with GERBER CAD Cutter-System
· Chinese native speaker
· Strong organizational talent
· Good business acumen, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

裁剪经理

我们正在寻找一个有雄心，有经验的裁剪经理，到我们杭州临平的新工厂工作。

主要职责：
· 操作GERBER CAD 裁床
· 开裁前检查面料数量及品质
· 确保严格按照纸样裁剪
· 至少比缝纫线提前两天做好裁剪工作
· 必须有严格的跟单计划，确保生产线上有事做
· 确保纸样损耗最佳化
· 负责在ERP系统里面制作条形码并打印
· 给裁剪室的同事分配任务并管理
· 控制好员工的日常工作表现
职位要求：
· 至少在服装外企有5年的相关工作经验
· 有Gerber CAD裁剪经验
· 中文母语
· 有较强的组织能力
· 有较强的商业头脑，自我激励性，独立性以及抗压能力
