Supervisor

Hangzhou CLIQ Fashion is a manufacturer of high quality textiles under German management. For us, high-tech machinery and an innovative production set-up only goes together with highly qualified staff.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Supervisor, based in our production plant in Linping, Hangzhou.

Key responsibilities:
· Ensure that each operator understands the operation requested to make and is properly trained
· Fully represent & communicate the company’s goals and policies to the section
· Supervise and motivate the operators in the section
· Regularly review the performance of subordinates
· Ensure that there are no quality problems in the section
· Make sure that there are enough operators on each position to produce the required daily quantity
· Make sure that each operator has enough work and is fully occupied
· Must make sure that the correct quantity is produced daily
· Responsible for the complete production quality & output in the section
· Fully responsible for the section, ensure discipline and cleanliness in the section
· Must keep the production schedule and make sure on-time deliveries
Key requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years related work experience preferably in a foreign managed textile factory
· Solid knowledge and understanding of procedures in a high quality textile factory
· Chinese native speaker
· Able to motivate operators to bring performance, making the impossible possible

主要职责：
· 确保每个操作工清楚岗位要求并受过培训
· 全权代表该部门并传达公司的目标与政策
· 监管并激励该部门的操作工
· 定期检查下属工作
· 确保该部门没有质量问题
· 确保每个岗位上有足够的操作工来完成当天的产量
· 确保每个操作工有有事可做，并处于忙碌状态
· 确保当前产量为日产量
· 负责整个部门的生产质量与产量
· 全权对该部门负责，确保该部门的纪律及清洁
· 遵守生产计划，确保准时发货

职位要求：
· 至少有5年相关工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先
· 对高品质服装厂的章程有一定的了解
· 中文母语
· 能激励操作工的工作，是不可能成为可能
