This position will be an individual contributor and will assist in process development of thin films as well as sustaining activities. The successful candidate will have hands-on skills necessary to be successful in a fast-paced, self-motivated, team work environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

职能：

-Primary responsibility is to develop high-quality TCO & metal thin films for OLED & AMLCD applications.

主要负责研发OLED以及AMLCD用的高质量的TCO以及金属薄膜。

-Design, execute, and analyze experiments.

能够运用DOE设计实验方案，分析实验数据及优化技术工艺结果。

-Work together with other team members to solve technical issues.

与其它部门协同解决技术问题。

-Technical reporting, process documentation and process transfer to our clients.

编写技术报告及工艺文件，并协助客户端实现技术工艺要求。

Desired Skills & Experience

岗位需求

- Will have a fundamental understanding of the science related to CVD and/or PVD unit processes.

具备CVD以及PVD相关的基础知识。
- Possess a fundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics.

具有半导体器件物理的知识。
- Must demonstrate application of practical SPC and DOE methodology.

熟知SPC和DOE。
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement in yield, throughput and cost reduction.

具有改善良率、产率和降低成本的经验。
- Must have a fundamental understanding of standard metrology, inspection, and failure analysis methods and their applications.

熟知各种相关薄膜测量分析设备
- Advanced data analysis skills, must be able to quickly learn and apply various software applications.

熟知数据分析技巧，对于软件具有快速学习的能力。
- Must be energetic, self motivated, and results oriented.

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must hold at least a Masters degree, PhD degree preferred in Material Science, Physics, or related discipline.

具有材料科学或者物理学或相关专业硕士以上学历。
- Must have 3+ years working experience in thin films processing.

具有3年以上薄膜工艺经验。

- IGZO PVD experience is a plus.

具有IGZO PVD经验优先。
