岗位职责：

管理实验室日常工作，确保日常检验工作的顺利，安全和准确性

To supervise the day to day operation in the lab to insure the smooth, safety and accuracy of the routine diagnostic workflow;

严格执行实验室的相关规定和制度

To seriously implement the regulations and rules in the lab;

负责确认常规实验的检测报告

To verify the routine reports;

负责检测新方法和新流程；撰写相应的操作流程和记录文件，培训和辅导实验员及其他实验室工作人员

To test new and improved laboratory methods and procedures; To establish corresponding SOPs and documents, to train or supervises training of other lab staffs on new methods;

负责实验室日常工作的预算和费用管理

To budget for the laboratory routine work and maintains, to control the lab costs;

负责实验室日常所需的购买和设备仪器的维护

To supervise purchase of supplies and maintains equipment inventory;

负责培训实验员以及考核实验员的绩效

To train the lab technicians and evaluate staff performance;

负责回答和处理实验室诊断服务相关的问题，尤其是投诉，并采取相应的补救措施To answer questions especially concerning complaints, and initiates corrective actions;

负责依据内部和外部需求组织实验操作培训

To organize the practical training according to the internal and external requirements;

参与公司及其他部门组织的各类培训；负责学习新的仪器，方法和流程

To participate in continuing education programs or various forms of training activities organized by the company or the department. To learn new information instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the manager;

其他上级交办的各类相关工作和任务

To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from the manager.

岗位要求：

临床医学专业本科或者以上学历，为中级或中级以上临床执业医师。

Bachelor or above majoring in medicine, licensed medical doctor with intermediate title or above is needed.

至少两年的临床工作经验。

At least 2 year experience in the clinic.

流利的英文表达能力

Good oral and written English skills;

熟练办公软件操作

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

高度责任心和认真负责的态度

High responsibility and earnest working attitude;

能够独立高效工作，能够承受一定工作压力；

Be independent and highly professional, capable to work under pressure;

乐于沟通，具有组织，合作和协作的能力

Ability to communicate, organize and coordinate and team-work sense.

优选条件：

具有风湿科，神经科，皮肤科或者肾病科临床工作经验者优先。

Experience in Rheumatology, Neurology, Dermatology or nephrology is preferred.

具有在临床诊断实验室工作经验者优先。

Experience or training in a high qualified medical laboratory is preferred;
