1. specification, selection, run-off, installation, and introduction of new processes & equipment.

新工艺及设备的规范、挑选、测验、安装及引进。

2. To create and maintain engineering information for various manufacturing processes (process cards, in-process prints, work instructions, etc.)

创建并维护各类制造工艺的工程信息（如工艺流程、图纸、作业指导书等）

3. Identify key process/point and make proper method to control.

确定关键工艺点并加以正确地控制。

4. Continuous improvement for process to get good quality and productivity, to reduce cost and

improve material flow. .

参与并管理工艺持续改进项目,提高质量、生产能力、机器效率、劳动生产率、成本等指标。

5. Assist operations personnel with daily process & product problem solving. Strive to identify and correct the root cause of such problems instead of continuing to address the reoccurring issue. Assist other Timken plants/businesses as requested by your manager

.协助生产人员解决日常工艺及产品问题。竭力确定并纠正导致问题的根本原因，避免再次产生该问题。

6. Prepare and conduct operator training.

负责对员工工艺，作业指导书等的培训。
7. Interact with operations and quality personal to assure conformance to all ISO requirements. Assure all

processes being performed are within A-dec and governmental policies, specifications, regulations, and laws. Keep company product and process information confidential and secure.

与营运及质量人员互助以确保各项工作符合ISO的相关规定。

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree and has at least 5 years related experience.

机械类本科学历,5年以上机械工程师/工艺工程师经验。会使用AUTOCAD软件。
2. Good English speaking and writing skills.
良好的英语口语及书写能力。

3. knowledge & experience about lean production is preferred.
有精益生产经验者优先。
