1. 参与自动化、数字化升级项目，协助制订技术需求，与供应商沟通解决方案并实施；
2.设计工艺方案，制定、验证及修改工艺标准作业；
3.负责编制制造流程PFMEA、控制计划，支持完成PPAP审核；
4.制订产品关键特性的工艺控制方案，评估控制能力并进行监控；
5.运用流程优化工具改进生产流程、工艺，提高生产效率和产品质量。

1.大学本科及以上；
2.英语四级及以上；
3.电气、机械或工业工程专业；
4.熟练使用CAD/Pro-E等制图软件
