  Regional Sales Supervisor is responsible for sales activities, combined performance and for ensuring to reach or exceed sales target. The job holder may set the targets themselves or receive them from senior leaders.
Depending on the culture and policy of the company, regional Sales Supervisor may also be involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.

地区销售主管负责组织销售,组合业绩,保证完成或超额完成销售目标。销售目标将由个人或上级领导制定。
根据公司文化和政策,地区销售主管或将参与开发公司产品,鉴别筛选商业机会,开发市场策略。

Main Responsibilities 工作职责
- to plan, carry, and accomplish targets in assigned region(Hangzhou、Ningbo etc);
- to quote negotiating, provide solution and follow to accomplish sales target and project assigned;
- to finish planned annual and monthly sales targets on time;
- to coordinate with other department about contract fulfilling, correct goods ordering and delivering, to ensure customer’s satisfaction;
- to follow up projects, provide customer before & after service in a good and timely manner;
- to provide on site coordination and service, including the right application / the updated and available technical data sheet for product;
- to keep reasonable customer structure, including liaising with established customers (include actual selling) and developing new customer relationships;
- to report back to senior leaders;
- to program the market and gain high market share;
- to maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services;
- to collect feedback of company’s products / general market information for new product development or existing product upgrade;
- to keep abreast of what competitors are doing.

- 计划、执行并完成指定地区(杭州、宁波等)销售目标;
- 负责报价谈判,提供解决方案,并后续跟进完成销售目标和项目任务;
- 及时完成月度、年度销售目标;
- 与其他部门协调合作,落实与客户签订合同、产品正确订货出货,确保客户满意度;
- 跟进项目,及时提供客户有效的售前、售后服务;
- 提供现场协调服务,包括正确施工指导,及时更新产品技术说明;
- 保持合理客户结构,维护现有客户并保证销量,开拓新客户;
- 向上级领导汇报工作进度;
- 规划市场,提高市场占有率;
- 维护公司产品或服务知识体系;
- 及时收集并反馈公司产品信息、市场新产品开发或老产品升级信息;
- 收集反馈市场同类竞争对手情况。

Job Requirements 职位要求
- college degree or above;
- with minimum two years sales experience in the area Zhejiang(Hangzhou、Ningbo etc)of retail and project business of paints, ETICs, building coating etc.;
- strong business sense and rich customer / project resources;
- team work oriented, able to actively and effectively work with intern teams;
- familiar with business models and sales channels;
- customer focus and good situational sensitivity;
- excellent communication, expression and interpersonal skills;
- good enterprise and loyalty;
- skilled in Microsoft Office;
- with driving license preferred;
- able to take frequent business trips.

- 大专或以上学历;
- 具有至少2年以上浙江地区(杭州、宁波)涂料/外保温/建筑涂料的零售、工程业务范围内销售服务经验;
- 敏锐的商业嗅觉,丰富客户和项目资源;
- 优秀的团队合作能力,保持与内部团队有效、积极、紧密的合作;
- 熟悉各种商业模式和销售渠道;
- 以客户为导向,具备敏锐的市场分析和应变能力;
- 具备良好的沟通谈判和人际交往能力;
- 良好的敬业精神和高度忠诚度;
- 熟悉计算机办公系统操作;
- 有驾照者尤佳;
- 能胜任频繁出差。
