岗位职责

1、负责日常货运操作，确保所有的操作符合公司的标准和流程；

2、根据海关的要求预先检查客人的清关文件，确保顺利通关；

3、负责输入和更新货物信息，及时准确的将货物状态告知客户并发送到货通知

4、维护客户关系，提供有效准确的信息查询。

5、负责准备或者协助准备分析报表，完成部门主管要求的其他工作等。

任职资格

1、本科学历；

2、有良好的英语听说读写能力（大学英语六级证书），熟悉商务英文信函的写作，有海外留学经历者优先；

3、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，较强的服务意识和团队协作精神；

4、能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心和较强的应变能力，思维敏捷，反应灵活；

5、接受应届毕业生，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily freight operations to ensure that all operations meet the company's standards and procedures;

2. Pre-check the customs clearance documents of customers according to the requirements of the customs to 

ensure smooth customs clearance;

3. Responsible for entering and updating cargo information, informing customers of the status of the cargo in a timely 

and accurate manner and sending delivery notifications;

4. Maintain customer relationships and provide effective and accurate information query;

5. Responsible for preparing or assisting in preparing analysis reports, completing other tasks required by department

heads.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree;

2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (college English CET-6), familiar with the writing

 of business English letters, overseas study experience is preferred;

3. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of service and teamwork spirit;

4. Can withstand certain work pressure, have a sense of responsibility and strong adaptability, quick thinking and

 flexible response;

5. Accept fresh graduates, and those with relevant work experience are preferred.
