岗位职责：

1. 开拓及维护Lagostina及Krups两个品牌在中国地区B2B渠道的业务（包括银行渠道、航空渠道、团购福利、集采、品牌合作等B2B销售模式的渠道），提升公司整体销售及利润。

2. 针对特渠部的销售目标负责，制定年度销售计划和市场开拓计划并进行分解、落实，确保完成年度销售目标。

3. 管控业务回款率、做好备货计划以及控制产品库存。

4. 负责特渠大客户的开发、管理、业务谈判和合同签订工作。

5. 维护与大品牌大客户的持续良好合作业务关系。

6. 配合市场部，更新并改善B2B产品线，以便产品更适合B2B渠道；要求工厂在交期、包装等环节高效配合B2B的项目需求。

7. 遵循公司品牌定位和指导方针；遵守公司定价指南和其他要求。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，7年以上工作经验，其中5年以上B2B销售管理经验。

2. 具有厨具小家电行业经验，有经销商及渠道资源者优先。

3. 熟悉特殊渠道运作模式，有客户管理经验。

4. 熟悉的办公软件操作。

5. 出色的综合能力，包括沟通及谈判能力，组织协调及团队合作意识，执行与规划，高强度抗压能力等。
