1. Assist China RA head for development and implementation of the retail regulatory assurance framework to ensure that the retail segment is in compliance with relevant compliance policies and standards established by Country Compliance, as well as relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

2. Assist China RA head to conduct gap analysis to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated in relevant procedure and process.

3. Maintain and update the Regulatory Risk Matrix to ensure compliance with existing regulation.

4. Perform periodic Self-Assessment Review on the key activities undertaken by the various units and ensure that the self-testing process is robust.

5. Performing sales governance review and testing.

6. Provide necessary training for the sales platform on new procedures & process as well as any compliance related matters.

7. Maintain good working relationship with Country Compliance team, external/internal auditors where relevant.

8. Act as consultant to the sales platform on regulatory matters relating to sales processes and procedures.

9. Participate and undertake ad hoc projects related to business control and operational risk.

1. At least 3 years of related working experiences in a consumer bank/retail small business environment, preferable in the areas of business compliance, operational risk, internal control or audit.

2. Sound knowledge of banking products, procedure and process.

3. Good understanding of the local regulations would be a plus.
