职位信息

1、负责为公司招募、签约主播，挖掘优质红人资源，洽谈公司与红人的合作事宜；

2、负责公司与红人的合作项目的落实与跟进；
3、协调及维护公司与红人之间的良好关系，引导红人产出优质内容，增强互动；
4、负责跟进红人的需求、建议、反馈，有效处理并提出合理的解决方案；
5、根据公司需求及时与红人沟通，引导红人有效配合公司业务发展；
6、积极组织和参加红人线上、线下活动。

任职要求

1、有1-3年的网红机构工作经验及小红书、抖音平台运营经验及资源者优先;

可接受应届毕业生（喜欢了解b站、微博、小红书等新媒体渠道的）；

2、认可行业领域发展前景以及公司的使命、愿景、价值观;

3、具备招募、培训、场控管理、运营管理等综合能力;

4、积极主动、处事有条理，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识;

5、能承受较高强度的工作压力，完成业务指标
