 General Responsibility: 

1. Developing and implementing incoming materials, process, shipment inspection instructions, and inspection record form of the new product.        

2. Revise incoming materials, process, shipping inspection instructions, and inspection record form when product engineer change.     

3. Handing of the non-conformity found in incoming materials, process, and shipments inspections. ·       Approve and follow up supplier improvement report measures.      

4. Evaluate the supplier’s monthly quality performance and assist the supplier with non-conforming performance improvement.       

5.Establish supplier PPAP file submission process and follow up on each product.      

6.Follow up on the ECN running in various departments.     

7.Conduct supplier audits and follows up on the audit finding action plan.       

8.Assist in suppliers to improve QMS.       

9.Assist in customer complaint handling.     

10. Assist in document distribution, recycling, and archiving of document control.     

11. Assist in the implementation and follow-up of internal audit, process audit, product audit, management review. ·       Assist in following up the monthly KPI target statistic and follow up measures for KPI failure. ·       

12.Participate in KAIZEN projects. ·      

13. Participate in the improvement of the quality management system.             

 Work specific competence: ·       

1.At least 3 years of automotive quality management experience. ·      

2. College degree or above, engineering background, electrical, mechanical, and electrical, electronic major preferred. ·  3. Familiar with ISO9001/IATF 16949 quality system. Experience in independently conducting quality system, process, and product audits. ·       

4.Familiar with quality tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Problem solving, Sampling Plan. ·       5.Demonstrated ability to work directly with suppliers to solve problems. Familiar with supplier auditing / VDA6.3.           Requirements :
