岗位要求

1、大学本科及以上学历，化学、化工、医学、生物医药工程、材料等理工科类专业;985/211学校优先考虑；

BS or above with major in pharmaceutical or chemistry;

2、3年及以上药企工作经验，至少2年以上原料药及中间体销售经验; 有保健食品原料或农药原料外贸渠道优先考虑；熟悉欧美市场；

Minimum 3 years of working experience in intermediate sales, including minimum 2 years API or  agricultural chemicals exporting experience;

3、英语CET-4及以上，读、写、口语流利;

CET-4 above, Good command of English both in written and spoken;

4、良好的内外部管理水平;

Management-level internally and externally;

5、较强的自我激励和承受压力能力;

Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously;

6、良好的团队精神与沟通技巧;

Team work spirit and strong communication skills;

7、为人诚忌、踏实、自信、有责任心，善于学习有创新开拓意识，适应海内外出差，较强的进取心;

岗位职责

1、协助总经理制订公司销售策略及公司运营策略;

Assist manager to plan marketing strategy and operation strategy;

2、领导销售团队完成国内外销售预算、市场开发以及客户沟通；

Lead sales team to execute domestic abroad sales budget, marketing development and customers communication;

3、与公司其他团队合作，负责新产品、新合作者引入;

Work closely with other teams to introduce potential new products and new partners;

4、完成其他各项日常事务;
