职位描述
岗位要求：
1.负责公司日常行政事务管理，协助总经理处理日常工作；
2.前台的电话接听、转接、记录 ；
3.负责公司采购和库存管理 ；
4.负责客人来访迎等日常接待工作；
5.负责公司办公设施的维护管理；
6.负责日常办公用品、礼品等相关物品采购、发放、登记管理；
7.负责办公室及实验室固定资产登记和管理；
8.完成各部门及公司领导交办的其他辅助工作。
职位要求：
1.大专以上学历；生物、化学、生命科学等专业优先；
2.两年以上行政相关工作经验；
3.思维敏捷、语言流畅、表达能力较强、掌握基本商务礼仪；
4.性格开朗、吃苦耐劳、举止大方、有亲和力；
5.具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协调能力及团队协作精神
