1、 协助总经理制订公司销售策略及公司运营策略；

Assist GM to plan marketing strategy and operation strategy

2、 领导销售团队完成国内外销售预算、市场开发以及客户沟通；

Lead sales team to execute domestic abroad sales budget, marketing development and customers’ communication

3、 与公司其他团队合作，负责新产品、新合作者引入；

Work closely with other teams to introduce potential new products and new partners;

4、 完成其他各项日常事务；

Other responsibilities included

任职条件（REQUIREMENTS）：

1、 大学本科及以上学历，药学及相关专业者优先；

BS or above with major in pharmaceutical or business

2、 3年及以上药企工作经验，至少2年以上药品出口经验；

Minimum 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical firms， including minimum 2 years FDF/API exporting experience

3、 英语CET-4及以上，读、写、口语流利；

CET-4 above, Good command of English both in written and spoken

4、 良好的内外部管理水平；

Management-level internally and externally

5、 较强的自我激励和承受压力能力；

Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously

6、 良好的团队精神与沟通技巧；

Team work spirit and strong communication skills

7、 较强的进取心；

Strong initiative
