JOB SUMMARY

To provide reliable and stable power source for production and office, mainly responsible for the system of power facilities, air compressor, air conditioning, fire facilities, water and electricity and so on, ensure the normal and stable production office.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Ensure buildings and facility equipment/device in good conditions. 2. Take lead on planned maintenance for facility equipment/devices. 3. Reduce energy cost and spare parts cost. 4. Make sure energy supply (gas, water, power) in place when new projects start. 5. (Work with EHS to) Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 6. Organize tier-1 meeting with shift facility technician. 7. Participate on tier-2 meeting in maintenance area.

8. Tasks assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Regular check on fence, camera, alarming system, pipes, doors, cranes, lighting system, HVAC, boiler, fire system etc.

2. Develop and keep all checklists which needed.

3. Ensure valve and instrumental panel are well regulated (or compliance with local laws).

4. Setup TPM activities for your own area plus annual purchasing budget.

5. Setup regular meetings to review expense for each production area and take actions against it.

6. Work with purchase engineer to manage contractors, and lower down cost.

7. Assist on machine trouble-shooting when necessary.

8. Ensure all items are well-maintained which required by FM Global.

9. Instantly respond to safety rules or local regulation changes.

10. Work closely with EHS for necessary certification (equipment or people related).

11. Develop training plan for team members.

12. Ensure payments for energy consumption on time. 

13. Support on audits from external visitors (local governments, FM Global etc.). 

14. Monitor temperature and humidity and take actions if necessary. 15. 5S on facility rooms.
