Objectives

-          Ensure compliance with PRC accounting and other rules

-          Prepare the PRC financial statements

-          Help to take the action of improvement in the finance process

-          Improving the data reporting timing efficiency

Main activities

·       Supervise the operational accounting activities of the company :

-          Ensure compliance with PRC accounting and fiscal rules

-          Implements accounting processes to ensure that all accounting activities safeguard the financial structure of the entity

-          Ensure that accounts receivable is up to date

-          Ensure accuracy of accounts payable – and of payment programming

-          Propose a cash management strategy. Follows cash policies

·       Is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements of the company on a monthly basis

·       Is responsible for the yearly closing of the company in accordance with accounting and fiscal regulations of the country. Provides support for the group consolidation. Certify that all fiscal options taken are in accordance with fiscal regulations in China. Ensures that all necessary certifications are in place

·       Oversee the payroll activity

-          Ensures that all national and local rules are being followed

·       Put processes and controls in place to safeguard the assets of the company

·       Insurances

-          Ensures that all assets and employees of the company are correctly insured

-          Participates to the yearly renewal of the policies

-          Designs processes to ensure policy activation in case of damage

-          Provides information for credit insurance purposes

·       Reporting:

-          Report monthly key indicators to management – compares to budget and explains deviations

-          Provide data to the managers as defined to ensure budget compliance

-          Is a key provider of information for decision making of upper management

·       Keep contact with local authorities: SAFE, tax bureau, banks… Be alerted for any change in regulation that can affect the company.

·       Monthly basis reporting for tax, statistics, High teach bureau, etc,

·       Support Finance Director for other related issues.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Experience: >8y experience in finance functions. 

Having 1-3y experience in management functions would be a plus. Experienced in both western and local companies. Previous experience in industry is preferred.

Languages:

-          English : Good reading & writing ; Oral English is a must

Profile: Team player. Good communication. Hard working. High sense of responsibility. Willing to ask and help.

IT skills: At ease with IT tools (accounting software, EPR…), excel expert
