SUMMARY （岗位概述）
制定工艺参数，做好生产数据分析，协调生产中与其他部门的工作，协助生产经理及线上管理者做好生产线管理工作，维护生产的高效与稳定并达成安全、质量、产出等要求。
Responsibilities （岗位职责）
1. 关于新产品的引进，试制和工艺标准的建立
2. 根据产品需求，制定产品生产的无机材料配方和有机材料配方
3. 维护和更新产品生产工艺和标准
4. 兼任窑炉工程师的相关职责和工作
5. 分析生产数据和产品缺陷，调查根本原因，制订改善对策，优化生产工艺
6. 负责工厂与ATC的沟通和产品及工艺的改进
7. 参与安全C6模块的推进
8. 生产经理交待的其它工作
Job Requirements （任职资格要求）
1. (化学) 工程或相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 至少三年从事制造或工程的工作经验；
3. 具有工效、生产、质量、安全和环保知识；
4. 基础的英语水平 (书面和口语)；
5. 常用办公软件(MS OFFICE/PPT/EXCELL/WORD)运用能力；
6. 良好的沟通与领导能力，以目标为导向，积极主动。
