1.2 Warehouse operation is rapidly in inbound and outbound，Operating time to meet customer requirements

出入库快速及时，满足客户时限要求

1.3 Distribution management to ensure proper order rate and return of documents timely

配送管理，确保订单妥投率及单据及时返回

1.4 Documents is orderly, documents feedback to customers in time

单据管理有序，及时反馈给客户

2、Cost control, saving cost and enhance efficiency

合理成本控制，降本增效

2.1 Monitor the work efficiency of outsourcers to ensure that expenditure costs are reasonable

监控外包方的工作效率，确保支出成本合理

2.2 Identify Kaizen points, continuously improve efficiency and reduce costs

发现改善点，不断提升效率和降低成本

3、Staff and product safety.

确保人员及商品安全

3.1 Identify the risk sources on site, find hidden dangers and correct them in time, avoid any safety accidents, including warehouse and delivery

识别现场风险源，发现隐患及时纠正，避免出现任何安全事故（库内及配送）

3.2 Maintain on-site product safety, including discarded product, avoid stealing and loss and other cargo damage

维护现场商品安全，包括废弃商品，避免出现丢失等货损情况

4、Maintain the good relationship with customers

维护与保持客户良好关系。

4.1 Keep records of customer information and manage customer profiles

记录客户资料，做好客户档案管理；

4.2 Coordinate with customers to solve all kinds of unexpected times.

和客户沟通协调解决各种突发事件。

5、Manage the outsourced employees

外包员工管理。

5.1 Give business directions to the outsourced employees, train them and give assessment to them

负责对外包员工进行业务指导、培训和工作考核；

6、Finish other assignments from the management

完成上级领导临时交办的其他任务
