岗位职责:

    

1.保持与各部门的良好沟通，熟悉业务情况，了解各部门的人才需求，并在人力资源管理方面提供专业建议与日常工作支持（职位分析、组织图更新等）；

    

2.开发与维护招聘渠道，与各招聘渠道保持良好的合作关系；

    

3.发布、更新内外招聘信息，筛选简历，组织安排并主导候选人面试；

    

4.追踪面试结果，确认双方录用意向,办理新人入职手续，签订劳动合同；

    

5.管理人事异动类工作（含员工试用期管理、转调、派驻、离职、资谴、居住证积分等工作）；

    

6.组织开展新员工入职培训，优化培训流程，更新培训资料，配合集团培训专案的开展。

    

任职要求：

    

1.全日制专科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业；

2.2年以上人事招聘相关工作经验，熟悉相关劳动人事法律法规；

3.工作主动热情，有责任心，学习能力强， 具备良好的规划能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力与团队合作能力。

4.有电子、机械制造业猎头行业经验优先
