Responsibilities
? Development of Service Technician resources to have capability to equally support all aspects of closure systems in all territories worldwide
? Ensure a consistent and scientific trouble shooting, root causes analysis and solution implementation process is applied across all product lines in all territories
? Mentoring and development of all team players to bring up leadership competencies
? Responsible for achievement of service intervention resolution metrics (i.e. service intervention resolution time, backlog, process adherent)
? Support team members in removing roadblocks affecting service intervention resolution; either at the individual service intervention level or at the process level
? Monitor and review individual team member performance merits
? Support team members with high priority service calls and escalations
? Ensure product knowledge that Service Technician team possesses is shared/distributed with other support organizations through trouble shooting guides, training support, job shadowing, system updates
? Assisting and supporting Field Service team in solving issues in the field (through standardized processes)
? Develop and reinforce team environment between the Call Center and Service Technician team
? International and domestic travel may be required (10-40%)

Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of work experience in a global service support leading position
? Fundamental technical aptitude and understanding of toolmaking and plastic processing, with preference given to injection molding.
? Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
? Familiar with processing tools
? Strong customer orientation in previous industry experience
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? a good command of English
