职位描述

主要职责:
1- 负责我们在华东地区(ECR)安全系统解决方案的销售发展:
- 在我们ECR销售组织的帮助下发展您的业务网络,以确定项目并签订合同;
- 支持ECR业务单位,并在每个项目的基础上领导他们的销售团队,以发展业务;
- 不断熟悉安全系统,你将作为团队的一部分在商业模式中赢得项目,并带来价值;
- 达到由管理者制定的销售目标;
- 提供有价值的投入,以开发销售资料和建立区域销售战略。

2- 准备并实施销售计划:
- 确定有价值的潜在客户,与我们ECR业务单位的销售团队一起去拜访他们;
- 进行无约电话并组织首次会议;
- 向现有客户和潜在客户做产品演示;
- 确定客户需求,并在我们技术和营运团队的帮助下,在安全方面有一个技术分析方法;
- 定制投标答辩;
- 在整个团队的帮助下,计算成本和制作商业计划书,跟进项目直到合同签署为止。

3- 帮助准备和实施营销计划:
- 将每个收集到的客户信息分类定义和巩固数据库;
- 确定和提升现有客户或潜在客户数据库;
- 协助跟进你自己业务线的针对性市场营销活动。


岗位需求:
- 中国人;
- 必须有相关安全系统销售经验 ;
- 精通英语及中文,会第三种语言者佳;
- 至少2-3年销售或业务拓展相关经验;
-大学本科以上学历,销售、商务或市场营销相关专业;
- 有IT网络管理的基本知识;
- 导向性思维及对服务外包行业有认知者佳;
- 能够创造性思考,对问题有预见性;
- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力;
- 可接受频繁出差(大上海地区)

Key Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for the sales development of our security systems solutions in East China Region (ECR):
- Develop your business network with the help of our ECR sales organization to identify projects and sign contracts;
- Support our ECR Business Units (BU) and lead their sales teams on a per project basis in order to develop business;
- Already familiar with Security Systems you will have to bring value in terms of commercial approach to win projects as part of a team;
- Achieve sales targets as defined by the management;
- Provide valuable input to develop sales materials and build regional sales strategy.

2- Prepare and implement sales plan:
- Identify valuable prospect and visit them with our ECR BUs sales teams;
- Cold calling and organization of initial meetings;
- Presentation to existing clients and potential customers;
- Identify the needs of the clients, with the help of our technical and operations team, in terms of security with a technical approach;
- Customize bidding answer;
- Build costing & business proposals with the help of the whole team and follow up until contract signature.

3- Help to prepare and implement marketing plans:
- Help in defining and consolidating database for each necessary segmentation ;
- Identify and upgrade existing client / prospects database;
- Assist in following up targeted marketing campaigns for your own business line;

Requirements:
- Chinese;
- MANDATORY experience in selling Security Systems;
- MANDATORY proficiency in English & Chinese, a third language is a plus;
- A minimum of 2-3 years Sales or Business Development experience;
- University degree in Sales, Business or Marketing fields;
- Basic knowledge of IT network & administration;
- Process oriented minds and good understanding of the service outsourcing industry is considered as a plus;
- Able to think out of the box and anticipate problems;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Can go on business trips up to 50% of the time (Shanghai greater area only, mostly 1 day trip).
