Job Description

• Covers the technical topics in product mass production stage
• Support product owner and quality management team, response as technical topics owner and answer for engineering topics such as risk assessment, problem solving, root cause study, data analysis and result providing
• Give technical comment in global simultaneous engineering (SE) teams meeting
• Lead or be the key member in the technical topics task force team
• Join product project team as technical resource in the product development phase, response for engineering topics like characterization or analysis topics etc

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Semiconductor or Microelectronics related field, Master degree or higher degree is preferred.
• Good English in written and verbal
• Good experience at problem solving and related engineering tools
• Good capability of deeply research and study on an engineering topic
• At least 3 years engineering related work experience
• Familiar with semiconductor technology and products (Fab, Assembly, Test)
• Familiar with MEMS technology and products (especially Gyro, Acceleration, Pressure)
• Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to work in an international team and work in a cross-function team
• Willingness to travel (mainly within Asia, but also to HQ in Germany)
