Job Description

Working effectively as a dedicated team member of a sustaining engineering and high-quality, Blue Ribbon product development team to execute mechanical designs according to defined technical requirements, schedule and quality;

·？？？？？？ Making calculation to ensure mechanical design performance;

·？？？？？？ Conduct & evaluate appropriate experiments to solve engineering problems of all levels of complexity;

·？？？？？？ Providing technical support for purchasing regarding tooling, part and process release;

·？？？？？？ Communicating with customer and supplier regarding technical topics;

·？？？？？？ Create and maintain technical documentation;

·？？？？？？ Creating BOM and following up of engineer changes;

·？？？？？？ Participate design review process and work with engineering staff to apply lessons learning into new designs.

Qualifications

Good interpersonal skills;

Ready to work in intercultural circumstance, flexible;

Familiar with development process and tools used in design such as FMEA, DFMA etc.;

·？？？？？？ Familiar with GDT/GPS and tolerance analysis;

·？？？？？？ Good understanding of injection and stamping tooling design & manufacturing process principles and disciplines;

·？？？？？？ Skilled in CAD software, NX UG experience will be priority and Catia V5 experience a plus;

·？？？？？？ Familiar with prototyping methods and assembly processes.

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or similar;

5 years plus related working experience in mechanical engineering, at least 3 years mechanical design experience, 2~3 years mechanical design experience in car multimedia product experience preferred;

Good English language skills are required to interact with the international engineering team. ？？？？？？？？

汽车电子事业部的电子产品向客户提供了更好的乘员安全保证、驾驶辅助功能，提升驾乘舒适性。底盘控制系统为中国市场提供创新的主动安全系统，包括ABS防抱死制动系统，TCS牵引力控制系统和ESP电子稳定程序。底盘制动系统为中国市场提供先进的制动产品，包括前后单双缸盘式制动器， 真空助力器和制动主缸。汽车多媒体事业部的产品覆盖车载导航系统，娱乐系统以及仪表盘产品。ATMO事业部作为博世内部供应商，提供生产装配系统及专用设备，设计和组装完整的机器及生产线。

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
