Job Description

• Responsible for the function planning, demand analysis and product design of the EV (electric vehicle) battery lifetime monitoring platform/service based on battery big data, realizing the functions of battery monitoring, fault early warning, root cause analysis and optimization suggestions;
• Responsible for digital business analysis of EV charging management, operation monitoring, energy consumption analysis, fault warning, etc., refine customer needs and form platform based solutions;
• Responsible for developing internal/external data interface scheme with internal team members and external partners, and sorting, integrating and sharing internal/external data;
• Responsible for providing customers and partners with battery monitoring services/solutions in pre-sales communication, technical scheme design, concept verification, bidding and other work together with the team;
• Responsible for coordinating resources, taking the lead in formulating the development plan of battery lifetime monitoring service, controlling all stages of the platform/project development, ensuring the smooth launch of the project and the management of demand change;
• Responsible for coordinating developers to analyze battery failure status and battery aging mechanism, and develop failure alarm triggering process and response measures
• Be responsible for collecting user feedback, analyzing user behavior and demand, and continuously optimizing and improving platform functions
• The task is to be filled at the Shanghai or Wuxi location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in battery big data related products is preferred
• The product manager or project manager of cloud based battery solution (e.g., NEV monitoring platform, battery AI algorithms, battery aftermarket solution) for OEMs or cell suppliers is preferred.
• Familiar with the working principle of battery, BMS control strategy, and main failure mode of EV battery.
• Familiar with GB/T 32960 standard and real time monitoring platform of EV, understand the fault alarm mechanism and response process of EV.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, python, Matlab, Scala, etc.
• Basic communication using English.
• It is a plus if familiar with the mainstream public cloud big data platform technology, such as HDFS, hive/kudu, spark/Flink, impala, Kafka, elk, etc.; or proficient in using ETL tools, familiar with the process of data warehouse construction
