1. Responsible for the directing documentary video production of DJI;
2. Responsible for creative planning, scripting, directing, shooting, and post-production of documentaries;
3. Responsible for making shooting plans and controlling the high-quality execution of projects;
4. Work closely with internal producers, creative team and post- production team;
5. Ensure high quality and high standard of delivery.

职位要求：

1. 7- 10 years of working experience in the industry (at least 3 years of documentary directing experience);
2. Capable of being an independent director with high standards of creative output and planning;
3. Familiar with the documentary production process;
4. Familiar with post-editing software, Premiere Pro, etc.;
5. Have a good knowledge of all kinds of cameras and can shoot independently with small cameras;
6. Have high ability to work under pressure and good professional ethics;
7. Good communication and coordination skills across departments;
8. Good communication skills in Both Chinese and English.
