职位描述
位职责：
1.负责日常财务、会计及税务管理工作，管理监督基础财务的工作质量；
2.完善公司的会计核算体系，完善会计核算制度及财务管理制度，并监督执行；
3.编制实施企业预决算、财务收支和资金筹措计划，负责成本核算和控制；
4.确保资金的有效管理，加速资金周转，考核资金使用效果，规避资金和债务风险；
5.完成各项财务结算、会计核算，上报财务执行情况，为管理层提供分析数据；
6.定期清理往来帐户，及时催收和清偿款项，做好帐务核对，组织审计工作；
7.负责部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务内部相关指标，做好绩效考核管理；
8.全面负责帐务问题处理及税务的协调工作，维系好与银行及税务机关的关系。
任职要求：
1. 财会本科以上学历；
2. 外贸及医药行业；
3. 5年以上财务管理经验；
4. 工作地点：海口
