Job Description

● You are responsible for preventive quality assurance(PQA) of Li-ion cells. You perform supplier audits in Asia-Pacific region (VDA6.3, corporate Social Responsibility, process release, P-FMEA, Control Plan), including planning, execution and audit follow-up.
● You coordinate and support supplier enabling projects for new suppliers. You are responsible for Li-ion cell ISIR (PPAP) and track the suppliers during the ramp-up phase.
● You are responsible for Engineering Change Request (ECR) for Li-ion cells, including checking the need and effect of the ECR with engineering and Bosch plants, coordinating the necessary release tests and official ECR release upon completion of the tests.
● You are responsible for the claim handling process in case of quality issues. Responsibilities include:
？？o Active tracking of running claims from raising a claim to closing the claim upon completion
？？o Main contact person for suppliers and Bosch plants regarding claims
？？o Use of problem solving tools, such as 8D, DOE, Failure Tree Analysis for identification of the root cause
？？o Supplier on-site visits to check the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures
● You work closely with international team of project leaders, engineers and quality management members to improve and maintain the cell quality

● You regularly present the status of PQA, ECR and claim handling on management level

Qualifications

● You are communicative, motivated to work with an international team and good at self-management (including planning and execution)
● At least 8 years of working experience in the field of Li-ion cell production and quality
● Certified VDA6.3 process auditor or willingness and qualification to get a certification
● Solid knowledge of preventive quality tools and methods, such as APQP (FMEA, SPC, MSA), ISIR (PPAP), Problem Solving tools (8D, DOE, SIPOC, CpK)
● Bachelor's degree or above, majored in materials, mechanical or electronic engineering
● Fluent in Chinese and English
● Flexibility for frequent traveling
