For this extremely exciting and varied function you will be responsible for treasury services at Wurth (China) Holding Co., Ltd. – the treasury hub of the Wurth Group in China – and closely liaise with Finance Managers, colleagues at Wurth’s in-house bank in Europe and with our partner banks in Shanghai.  

职责描述：

• Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management
• Managing foreign currency exposure
• Daily cash management
• Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
• Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
• Preparing management and board reports
• Liaising with senior management across the organization
• Supporting the month end process where necessary
• Other works assigned by company

任职要求：

• Bachelor education background in Banking or Finance 
• At least 3 years experiences in treasury function
• Understanding and experience of treasury including FX, liquidity and cash flow
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
• Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
• Appropriately handling of sensitive information
• Excellent time management and well-organized 
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
• Self-starter who can make decisions within agreed scope of responsibility but also seek advice and support when necessary

• Ability to use Microsoft Office software to a competent standard
• Good command of oral and written English
• Good health condition
