Responsibilities

• Engineering member as part of PDP project team, responsible for product development and products test related tasks in a project and supporting project OTD, had product concept to evaluate supplier design capability.
• Support Quality engineer to define test plan according to standards, implement and monitor tests.
• Guide and control the new product design quality, by following the PDP process and requirement
• Set up and maintain BOM into GIS system
• Support quality engineer in field quality/warranty improvement, collaborate with BU/QMM
• Lead Engineering change both in PDP phase and mass production phase
• Support customer complaint management
• Business travel

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/electric
• Minimum 5 years work experiences as design engineer, quality and project management skill is preferred,  
• Can use Pro-E software
• Experience on Plastic tooling, gear, injection, PCBA, Software development is preferred.
• Good ability on problem solving with initiatives
• Team oriented spirit
• Good communication in English; can make international communication with overseas colleagues.
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
