岗位职责：

a. 直接管理和负责公司代理的家具品牌，与意大利供应商保持紧密良好的合作关系，持续提炼和深入挖掘品牌DNA，在经销区域内做好品牌的产品和品牌推广工作。对品牌的年度采购额和销售额负责。

b. 根据业务需求和销售数据，规划所负责品牌的整体商品结构。包括重点品类，产品，面料、材质，搭配，兄弟品牌互补。

c. 跟踪销售和库存情况，输出月度和年度销售分析，依据产品的周转情况，合理采购备货。

对于畅、平、滞款制定适合的营销和采购策略。通过数据找出销售的异常点并反馈跟进，提出解决方案。

d. 把控品牌产品的到货、陈列情况，参与公司年度产品营销日历的制定。

e. 作为内训师配合培训部门为销售终端提供品牌和产品培训。

f. 了解和收集最新的家居动态讯息以及竞争对手信息，时刻关注行业动态。

g. 维护管辖品牌日常销售所需的资料和物料

岗位要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，3年及以上相关工作经验

2、 英语熟练，懂意大利语优先

3、 Excel基本函数、PPT使用熟练，会AI、PHOTOSHOP更佳

4、 具备较强的数据分析和逻辑思维及准确决策判断能力以及一定的营销推广能力

5、 工作中注重细节，具有较强的抗压性。

6、 对家居行业、生活美学感兴趣
