Global Product Manager（Agricultural chemicals）

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Accountable for achievement of the global EBITDA annually based on agreed budgets for sales and profitability.

? Ensure that the regional/country product strategy is fully aligned with the global product strategies.

? Define global portfolio priorities for products and identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities. Facilitate new and existing business development with emphasis on sustainable growth through innovation and market initiatives

? Drive strategic marketing plans, including branding and pricing for assigned products.

? Determine customer, grower and general market trends affecting product markets and their potential impact on the company business.

? Assist regional/country organizations in developing marketing and launch plans.

? Responsible for leadership and collaboration across all regions, and all business partners, as part of the Global Leadership Team.

Required Skills or Abilities:

? Bachelors Degree or above in Plant protection, Agriculture or Chemistry, or other related business or marketing fields.

? 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the crop protection industry (domestic and/or international)

? Strategic and operational product management experience

? Knowledge of crop protection markets, products and technologies and competitive

landscape preferred

? Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel and Project

? Fluent in English and Chinese
