Responsibilities

1.Program development and planning

？To understand company's business direction and strategy collect & analysis training needs

？Keep close to Biz team, maintain ongoing communication

？Plan and confirm curriculum system, develop training roadmap

？To organize developers communication to improve training curriculum

2.NPI and new programs launch

？Collect new products materials according to product launch plan

？Develop new product training programs

？Control program quality

？Launch program to target group

？Collect feedbacks

3.Review and monitor the effects of programs

Periodically review and check customers feedbacks and suggestion

？Use variety methods to evaluate the effects of programs

4.Program revitalization and continual improvement

？Analysis existing training curriculum

？Improve programs continuously according to training purpose

？Keep communication with customers

5.Co-ordinate/organize internal/external resources

？Develop internal instructor candidates

？Design and launch the program design tool kit for internal instructor continuously

？Keep in touch with external suppliers to select suitable suppliers, create resource list

Qualifications Required

1.Bachelor or above, good interpersonal skill and team work player

2.3+ years successful sales training experience, good sales background is a plus

3.Proficiency of English & Computer skills, especially MS office(Word/Excel/PowerPiont)

1.负责公司培训方案的提供
2.负责开发编写公司的销售和产品培训课程 ，并安排培训活动
3.根据培训计划，提供相关的培训方案

4.负责管理外部培训供应商
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历；
2.3年以上培训方面的工作经验

3.良好的日语或者英语。（公司为日资企业）

4.熟练使用办公软件：Excel，Word和PowerPoint
