职位描述：

    

1.      Pre-sales preparation: Support MV manager and sales on IT and RIFD product.

    

售前: 支持部门经理和销售在IT和RFID产品上的售前准备。

    

2.      On-side technical support: to support IT related and RIFD product installation, trouble shooting.

    

现场技术支持: 支持IT相关和RIFD产品的安装和故障排除。

    

3.      Technical training: to assist training fs technician install IT and RFID product.

    

技术培训: 协助和培训现场技术人员安装IT和RFID产品。

    

4.      Customer training and technical support: in charge of IT and RFID relate product customer training; make user's manual and after-sales support.

    

客户培训及技术支持: 负责IT及RFID相关产品的客户培训，制作用户手册和提供售后支持。

    

5.      To localization product installation In charge of onside survey to assess product model, quantity, and installation condition, make the product and material list to sale. Make the installation layout for customer approval and project delivery.

    

本地化产品的安装：负责对现场产品的型号、数量、安装情况进行调查评估，制定产品及材料清单，为客户审批和项目交付做安装布局。

    

6.      Manual, perform on-site guidance, to ensure the quality of project implementation

    

进行现场安装指导，确保项目实施的质量

    

7.      Record and organize project document (Product list, layout, ect), product manual, and other related document.

    

记录和整理项目文档(产品清单、布局、说明书等)，产品手册等相关文件。

    

8.      Report product problem or bug to company R&D Dept or other stakeholder to help improve product availability and reliability.

    

向研发部门和其他相关部门报告产品的问题或缺陷，以帮助提高产品的可用性和可靠性。

    

9.      Technical problem feedback.

    

其它技术问题的反馈。

    

    

Requirements;

    

岗位要求：

    

1.      College degree

    

大专以上学历，IT技术相关专业。

    

2.      2 years IT network management, maintenance experience, experience in weak current engineering project is preferred

    

两年以上IT网络管理维护相关经验，有弱电工程经验者优先。

    

3.      Proficiency in Autocad (weak current engineering drawings)

    

能熟练使用AUTOCAD（弱电工程制图）。

    

4.      Proficiency in office software, proficient in excel, ppt

    

能熟练使用办公软件，精通excel、ppt等。

    

5.      Ability to read technical documents in English, And use English to deal with the day-to-day affairs

    

能阅读英文技术文档，并能够使用英文处理日常工作事务。

    

6.      Ability to work independently, able to adapt to the motor working time and travel.

    

能独立完成工作，并能适应弹性的工作时间和出差。

    

7.      CCNA, CCNP, and software development experience is preferred.

    

有CCNA、CCNP和软件开发经验者优先。
