1.负责接听公司电话，认真记录留言，并及时传达

Responsible for answering the telephone, carefully recorded message, and prompt transmission

2.保障员工饮水、电话、资料邮递、物业等服务，每月对相关单据进行整理、付款。

Ensure staff drinking water, telephone, mail delivery, property services, collect and pay invoice and relevant documents every month;

3.负责保管办公用品，并做好采购、结账、领用的登记手续。

Responsible for the warehousing office supplies, and completes the procurement and checkout, recipients of registration procedures maintenance as soon as possible recover normal use

4.完成部门主管交办的工作。

Complete assigned by the director and supervisor;

  

要求Requirements ：

  

1.英语听说读写熟练

Spoken and written English and Mandarin

2.较好的组织和沟通能力，耐心细致；

Good organization and communication skill internal and external, work in detail and can do attitude

3.熟练应用office 办公软件；

Good PC skill in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc.

4.主动性和合作精神，独立工作；

Initiative and co-operate with all level of staff. A team player, flexible and can work independently under pressure
