Financial accounting:

Audit employee expense report and supplier payment request based on the internal payment rules, correct mistakes and report suspicious issues to upper level.

GL controlling role:

Daily bookkeeping in SAP-GL/AR/AP to make sure compliance with latest accounting standard/policy.

In charge of account & bank & tax reconciliation.

Support monthly & yearly closing.

Follow up with open item clearance of AP/AR/GL accounts regularly.

Support the annual financial auditing and occasional tax auditing.

Finance window to customer/supplier

Regular reconciliation with customer/supplier accountant.

Coordinate with dispute/request from customer/supplier.

Maintain good relationship with customer/supplier.

Taxation:

Tax account reconciliation monthly，VAT monthly filing and CIT quarterly pre-filing.

VAT invoice verifying in tax system & issue VAT invoice to customer based on request.

VAT invoice filing and storage.

Make local financial reports and submit to tax bureau monthly.

Export VAT rebate:  input in system and material preparation.

Follow up with request from tax bureau; Study & follow the latest tax rules.

Maintain good relationship with tax bureau.

Treasury:

Payments e-banking system submit. Make sure amount correct and payment on-time.

Receiving/paying overseas payment through bank and register in SAFE system as necessary.

Custom declarations check and filing in the E-port system

Maintain good relationship with bank & SAFE.
