Key Responsibilities：

· working together to provide the compensation, benefit and performance management services which possibly can extend the scope or share best practice with the HRBP and business teams

· Support business leaders/managers to develop and implement compensation & benefits(C&B) strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, and consistent with the company overall reward strategy

· Define and develop the Performance Review and Reward programs and activities to meet the company short-term or long-term objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness

· Lead/manage routine rewards related processes/operation

· Coach or train HRBP team with the C&B methodology or practices

· Responsible for monthly payroll process and payroll related policy centralized management.

· Responsible for various C&B data consolidation and analysis.

· Responsible for Pay review (rate range, new offer, off-cycle adjustment)

· Be responsible for the related C&B reports and office Employees Relationships issues

· Responsible for consolidation and analysis of overall employee information

· Assist in annual salary planning and budgeting.

· Partner with HRBP to provide C&B services in a timely and accurate manner

· Support to implementation of annual C&B activities

· Design and optimize the benefits scheme based on business needs

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Key Qualifications & Requirements ：

· Bachelor's Degree or above

· At least 5 years HR experience either on C&B, Performance & Rewards, Recruiting or HRBP, etc

· Among above, at least 3 years C&B experience is mandatory.

· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

· Professional Excel skill, ever did data analysis in C&B part

· C&B knowledge and Payroll handling skill

· Have Experience in doing salary survey and salary benchmarking;

· Planning, prioritization and time management skills;

· Be details oriented and can work under pressure.
