Responsibility:
-Demand forecast: develop & regular review/update 6 months rolling sales forecast with commercial team
routinely track & improve the forecast accuracy
-Safety stocks management: set up the streamline stock level & the stable replenished plan
coordinate with commercial team to track backlog Vs on hand stock and cooperate with purchasing team & factory to balance backorder Vs factory capability
maintain the ideal inventory level on hand & in-transit
-Supply management: work with purchasing team to highlight over
- or under-supply, balance the supply and demand, while controlling healthy level of inventory level
-KPI: daily/weekly review fill rate, DOS and E&O, inventory balance by SKU level to ensure them on the healthy trend while supporting the revenue target
-SIOP Support: support the SIOP meeting for data collection and E&O analysis
fill-rate failure reason trouble-shooting, root cause and countermeasure
-MRP: implement effective use of SAP MRP/APO to enable best practice operating efficiencies
SAP master data maintenance and regular update
-Other assignments that can be seen as necessary
Educational Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain / Logistics or related field is required.
-Other: CPSM (Certified Supply Chain Management), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification preferred.
Experience Qualifications:
-Have 5 years of trading/commercial planning experience, prefer on the forecast management, stock setting & replenishment and DRP/MRP management.
-Must be systems savvy and have had rich experiences with SAP MRP/APO systems.
-Have experience in managing KPIs to be able to benchmark, track, and continuously improve overall performance.
-Data driven mindset, strong analytics capability and potentials
-Good English skills (both written and oral).
-Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
