This position is set for bank and tax issues, employees reimbursement and voucher and also assist for HR related management

该职位设置为处理相应银行、税务及账务的相关业务，并负责员工报销及凭证，同时协助日常的人力资源相关事务。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Finance ：财务账务处理， 英文系统凭证录入

· Responsible for all bank issues including open or close bank account, net bank etc. according to China and company regulations; 根据中国和公司的规定负责所有银行相关的业务包括银行账户设立或关闭，网上银行等业务

· Collect and check the supporting documents of vendor payment, prepare payment documents; 收集并审核供应商付款的票据并准备付款文件

· Prepare daily cash position report; 准备日常出纳报告

· Check business travel bills; 审核业务人员的差旅票据

· Invoice entry and report prepare in Chinese system of Yonyou; 处理公司用友中文帐系统的录入及报表出具

· Handle and assist in checking accounts between Beijing branch and head office; 处理及协调核对北京分公司与总公司之间的账务内容

· Responsible for filling out all requested financial data on the tax website and the statistics website; 能独立处理填报税务及统计网站上所有财务数据

· Complete the corresponding table of various financial accounts in English; 完成英文账务上所相对应的各种财务科目表格

· Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor; 完成领导交办的其他任务

2 HR Affairs 人事薪资相关工作

· Branch office attendance information collection and check-up, timely prepare the attendance report to supervisor. 公司分部员工的出勤数据收集及审核，及时准备考勤报告；

· Take care of employee insurance and related benefits, timely go to Social Security department to deal with employee matters. 处理员工社保及其他福利，及时到社保局办理员工社保事务；

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accountant related, hold Certificate of Accounting Professional财务或会计相关专业大学本科学历，具有会计从业资格证

· 3~5 years work experience 3-5年工作经验

· Good English skills 良好的英语技能

· Plans and organizes work to ensure timely completion of many independent tasks 有效计划安排自己的工作，确保及时完成许多独立任务
