Position Summary

Accountant monitor daily SSC accounting work, checking UBM China Shanghai companies’ accounting, reporting, tax and statistics etc.

  

Job Description

Participate in the development of accounting-related systems specifications, providing counsel, experience, and coordination

Reviewing accounting reports reflecting the fair and true state of the business. Analysis the financial result and report to Finance Manager.

Monitor and review AR/AP vouchers  and make sure AR collection without bad debt. Accurate current month’s GL vouchers and filing them before 10th per next month.

Checking tax and statistics calculation data and declare them on time. No penalty or fine. Filing them before 15th after declaration. Accomplish kinds of relevant government statements and annual .

Qualifications

  

• Over 3 years of working experience
• Tertiary accounting or finance education and/ or equivalent professional qualification
• Financial and business acumen. Knowledge PRC accounting Policies and Definition and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
• Knowledge of statutory reporting and local tax compliance, a must
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Communicate in English  (both written and spoken)
• Technical skills to use MS Office
• Proactive and customer focus. Self starter and Independent.
